Summary

The Baja Yellowtail tacos were excellent with…awesome flavors & spicy good! Carne crude aside toast with Quail egg corona and jalapeƱo was excellent. Richard Blais is the chef at the restaurant, and I sat at the Chef’s table( he wasn’t here tonight, he was probably in Atlanta at one of his other restaurants)..the chef’s table is always fun watching the kitchen staff work like a symphony in harmony/a smooth factory assembly line. The sweet potato agnolotti with kale was excellent…. the flavors stayed on the roof of the mouth. The signature desert…Yodel was amazing!!!! A White chocolate log with strawberries, nuts devil’s food cake topped with a chocolate sauce, well with the gallop here. This was my second time dining here, and well worth the trip! It was off the charts both times & worth firing 5 Silver Bullets for. The Lone Dinner Smiles Again….)!!!!!

Recently journeyed over again, “Didn’t Stop Believing” still awesome! The White Shrimp with corn Panna Cotta,Shisito,Cilantro, & fermented hot sauce Vinaigrette was one of my favorite dishes in the past year. The Ensenada Stone Crab-with Shellfish butter, asparagus salad, with dusck egg poblano hollandaise was excellent & The Bone Marrow with Pine Nut Hummus & Matsutake Mushroom was superb & of Course the Yodel desert is still out of this world. They score 5 Silver Bullets AGAIN!!!!!
