Summary

Celebrity chef,Curtis Stone’s New 25 seat American eatery in Beverly Hills, whose menu is seasonally inspired(apple), tasting menu, which changes every month & was done with a wine pairing for each course.. The meal which was shared, with my kemosabes,was off the mark. 10 courses, of which just a couple hit the spot, too say the least it was disappointing. However, the experience that was shared with my kemosabes, made it a great experience, so ut’s not always about the food, but who you’re with. The jerky with horseradish & the Tagliatelle with blood sausage were the 2 decent courses.The Celery root, Opah Tatare, Appenzeller Broth, Corned Beef, Sea Bream, & Venison were all below average. The Whiskey Bread & Fenugreek Ice Cream( with cartelized White chocolate, were ok. This is one journey, that the LD, probably will not venture back to in those Hills of Beverly, in Cali. The LD fires just 2 Silver Bullets for the food…but 5( that don’t count, for the experience the group had together). They all can’t be the best & hopefully their truffle menu next month will be more satisfactory for those who attend. On to the next…….
