Summary
Cool…Awesome place.. in a small strip center off of Highland.. Small Brasserie, owned by Ludo Lefebvre & Vinny & John from Animal & Son of a Gun…French Music( I shazamed..and yes Bridgette Bardot could sing..I couldn’t believe it…) Amazing warm salted bread(very crusty). The escargot was a little salty, BUT, I haven’t dunked my bread this well, since I was a kid….) The chicken leg was excellent & the skin was amazing! The Napoleon was ok..custard was good, but the crust was bland. However, I will gallop here again…it has the it factor for the LD!… I galloped again, about a year later & it was just as good again! The escargot & the dunking into the garlic butter was amazing….) The omelet with boursin pepper cheese & chives was light & tasty, served with a salad. The Paris-Brest dessert was very creamy. All in All another excellent meal at Petit Trois…& will have to make make a another stop in the not to distant future. It definitely maintain its $ Silver Bullets & came close to adding another…We’ll see what the next adventure will bring!
