Summary

Wow! A fun journey to Tribeca to visit Iron Chef Marc Forgione at his namesake restaurant( although also known as Forge)… Chef also oversees one of the LD’s favorite Steakhouse’ American Cut, but was glad to see him in the kitchen here. The flavors were truly amazing & one of the best meals, that the LD has had this year. The Kampachi Tartare, with avocado, pinenut, Sararatoga Chips, & Sechuan button. But you first take the button, and let it melt on your tongue, which gives your palate a great sensation & when you start on the tartare, the flavors just burst!!!!! The Chili Lobster was also amazing with the Texas Toast..hot & spicy & again, amazing flavors!!!!!Lastly his version of S’mores was awesome…Excellent meal!& well worth the journey to Tribeca…thank you Uber….The LD fires up 4 Silver Bullets on this flavorful meal, & hope to take another adventure to this area in the near future.
