Summary
Chef Alvin Cailan’s cool egocentric sandwich shop that’s located at the Grand Central Market in Downtown LA, and new to The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. It was named in 2014 alone of the ten best new restaurants by Bon Appetite Magazine. Enjoyed they Fairfax sandwich, which was a cage free scrambled eggs with caramelized onions, chives & a sriracha mayo on a warm brioche bun & had the dark chocolate chip with gray salted cookie, very good. Limited menu & small, but very cool , especially in Vegas….) another journey, another experience, and the LD shoots 3 Solid Silver Bulletts for this meal.
