Summary
Michael Mina Strip Steak at Mandalay Bay in Lsa Vegas was ok, the food was very good, however the acoustics were tough and LoneDiner’s large Posse that night couldn’t communicate well. But, my knd of place, they bring french fries to the table instead of bread…how great is that! The wine was very good, and the Trio of Beets salad with faro, pomegranate , goat cheese, and candied walnuts was good. The Five Spice Pork Belly( with tempura oyster,& jicama slaw), the LD didn’t try, but his posse enjoyed. My 18 oz Boned in Ribeye was excellent, with nothing left to gnaw on the bone. The Horse ride down the trip was ok, the noise factor brought the meal down a notch, but the LD, still gave out 3 Silver Bullets.
