The Chicken liver toast( excellent)…I was happy that I did soul cycle earlier,to work it off

The Hamache tostada peanut was an excellent choice with fried onions…Amazing!
The LD still had to try desert.. The brown chocolate crunch bar with salt& pepper ice cream too had too much salt for me ice cream and was just ok..
Limited wine list & told it changes, was little disappointing
All in all it was an excellent meal…the flavors were phenomenal.
Revisited a year later & still amazing. The Himache Tostada was even better than I remembered with, peanuts & avocado , and some mouth fire from the jalapeños..yummy & spicy hot! The special burger was amazing…made with Bone Marrow, Short Rib, & Chuck with onions, as the waitress said..” It’ll take a year off my life”, but it was amazing..unfortunately, my stomach told me how rich it was later. Lastly, for desert, the yellow peaches, mochi, & brown sugar ice cream was excellent..This was definitely worth the journey from the airport, time change & all, and it maintains it’s 4 Silver Bullets, but barely, on the good side, since a fifth could be in it’s future.
