Summary
Chef Justin Smillie & Stephen Starr’s new restaurant on 26th & Park was excellent. A cool vibe..the libations were good as this weary traveler had just flown in from Vegas. The Five Lettuce Caesar( yes with five different types of lettuce..but don’t ask what the types were..lol) With Bourdeaux radishes, and a garlic anchovy vinaigrette was excellent. The Pappardelle pasty with spicy sausage ragu, with kale and parmigiano was very good! The Chocolate & Maple Custard Bread Pudding was pretty amazing with bruleed bananas( had to get my potassium). well worth the flight & walk down Park Ave. The LD gives it 4 Silver Bullets on this ride through town.
