Awesome meal at this Michelin Star restaurant, SPQR. Where do I begin…food galore!ok, there was the chicken liver mousse, strawberry stone fruit marmellata and balsamic gelatina..then, veal sweetbreads, turnip variations, yuzu mustarda and golden rice porridge…next..chicory lettuce, with shaved vegetables, buttermilk poppy dressing, with goat feta and challah croutons…Time Out…only kidding, next we had 3 pastas…Burnt flour campanelle, hot smoked salmon, fava beans, vermouth arena, & dill..then, Bucatini “Straw & Hay”california blue cheese walnut, kale and sage brown butter, …. it sounds like a lot but all was amazing, including the cocoa pappardelle, wild duck sugo,garden pea and savory white chocolate..YUM!ok… not a heavy desert..only a savory cheese plate to finish a fun dining & wine experience!
