Awesome evening @ The Townsend, sponsored by Plum Market and Dom Perignon.
The Hors d’oeuvres was Quinoa Arancini,served with Dom Perigean Blanc 2004, very good. The First Course was Tofu Panna Cotta with wake, crispy tofu, sea beans, & preserved lemon gel served in Dom Perignon Oenotheque 1996, which was excellent. The Second Course was a Chick Pea Crepe with braised lentils,Cauliflower,Swiss Chard & Harissa,which was good and served with Dom Perignon Rose 2003( My favorite champagne of the evening!), Lastly for desert “Dreamsicle” Mousse Parfait with pepita granola, almond milk custard, & blood orange brûlée,which was amazing. Served with Dom Perigean P2 1998. A night of awesome champagnes & dining…A Four Silver Bullet Night, that left smiles on everyone faces & well worth the tariff.
