Summary
This is a Contemporary Mexican Inspired cuisine, helmed by world renown Chef Enrique Olvera. The anti- histamine cocktail with Don Julio Reposed, Liquor Strega, honey, lemon, and bee pollen was very healing.. from the long walk. The uni tostada with avocado, bone marrow salsa, jalapeƱo, and cucumber was very tasty. The black garlic rubbed NY strip for tacos, fried shishitos, avocado-taragon puree, and jalapeƱos..disappointing not flavorful & was very expensive. The meringue desert with a custard type filling was ok. The meal was good, but not worth the hype or price…The Lone Diner walked 50 blocks at rush hour to get there, and really needed Silver for the ride. Unfortunately on this evening, it was not worth the walk.
