Summary

Chef Jason Neroni’s( formerly of Superba Kitchen) new restaurant in Marina del Rey that he’s partenered with LA restauranteur Bill Chait. Took the journey over there, and was somewhat disappointed. I had their specialty-Lobster roll, which the bun was tasty, but although the picture shows a pile of lobsta- looks can be & are deceiving( the minuscule roll left one hungry). They piled on french fries to make up for it, but they were cold. The only saving grace for the operation, was that I mentioned the cold fries to the waitress, she told the manager, & they took care of desert. The desert was good, a Pistachio Cookie with Blackberry Sherbet & earl gey cream( with blackberries). Unfortunately, the LD is of the opinion that this project doesn’t have legs & isn’t worth another journey in the future. The desert shouldn’t have to save the operation, & the LD gives this 2 Silver Bullets.
