Summary
The LoneDiner had the pleasure of dining with one of the principals, and from the mushroom pizza( executed exceptionally) he had one of the most memorable meals in ages. The Beet Salad with buffalo milk yogurt, rhubarb, hazelnuts, and purslane was extraordinary, especially for a diner who rarely eats beets! The Burrata with corona olive oil, sea salt & crostini was mouth watering. The cencioni ceci beans, anchovy-chili soffrito, lemon agrumato pasta was crunchy & quite good. The chocolate budding tart with sea salt 7 extra virgin olive oil was awesome as was the brown sugar tartina nocino cream with walnuts. The meal was paired with great Italian wines, as was desert. A truly exciting culinary experience.
This is an Italian Dining experience worth the journey.
