The LD hitched the wagon and ventured over to Las Vegas again & had an amazing evening at Yellowtail at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Chef Akira Back put together an awesome tasting of Traditional & Contemporary Japanese food with his spin/touch of Korean influences, that was fit for a foodie’s dream!From the Big Eye Tuna Pizza with the lights on to start, to the finish with the extraordinary Matcha cake, the pictures tell part of the story, but not the various tastes, crunchiness, flavors, & delicious creations that took me on a journey beyond the lake at Bellagio.Truly one of the best evenings on the LD’s long journey. Even his Private Label Sake, which went down the hatch, almost like water, was as smooth as the experience. Chef is very creative & this meal showed off his range of offerings, from seafood to beef, to noodles, to lobster, & a dish that crackled like popcorn, this adventure was definite worth the LD firing 5 Silver Bullets & would have fired more over the Lake & Strip had the chamber not been empty. The LD definitely looks forward to another adventure through the lobby, and the characters on Las Vegas Blvd, to dine again at Yellowtail in the near future. This adventure will go into the books as one of the tops, and all I can say at this time is: Yippee!!!!The LD rides again!
