Amazing!!!!The journey to visit Chef Joshua Skene’s 3 Michelin Starred restaurant was phenomenal….The LD thought he was just meeting a friend for drink at the bar, at what happens to be one of the most expensive restaurants in the country, but where the drinks are reasonable in comparison…but it always helps to know someone in the hospitality business, since they always take care of their own. The staff was awesome, and to my surprise, brought us several courses to try, such as the awesome liquid uni & the indescribable albacore. The orange frozen desert was extremely satisfying, along with the drinks ranging from Champagne to Sancerre, to Sake, to their special Negroni, to their signature Milk Punch. Of all the recent journeys across the country, this from top to bottom was an incredible experience & I greatly appreciate the staff & my friend for making this a memorable evening, since it’s all about the experience!!!!!!The LD compliments Saison on this event & has to unload all 5 Silver Bullets in the chamber for this mesmerizing experience!They have helped reset the bar….and now, the journey continues……)
