Summary
The LD stopped at Prime 112, one of Miami’s hot spots, and it didn’t disappoint. Rode in for a meeting, and appetizers were shared…) The Cerviche was large fresh & full of flavor( a plus), The tuna sliders were amazing & could’ve made a meal o f them…next the deviled eggs looked amazing stacked to the sky( the LD passed on these, but was told they were very good), the Steak Tartare was fabulous, plate licking good, & finally the truffle fries were well done & flavorful( 2 pluses in the LD book). For a restaurant that specializes in Steak, these dishes were all stars on South Beach. Another road well worth the Travel. The LoneDiner gives it a definite 4 SilverBullets!!!! Well worth another visit!
