Summary
Very good tacos from Chef Walter Manzke..The Shrimp Tostada was very good, with avocado, radish, cucumber & lime…next up was the charcoal grilled octopus Taco…was Excellent!, with chile de arbol, peanuts, jack cheese, and avocado was well worth another trip next time in this neck of the woods.. The Grilled Maitake Mushroom on a Blue Corn Taco Tortilla, with baby spinach, garlic oil, and roof top pepper sauce was fair… The Bunuelos with chocolate sauce was a good finish..At this ranch, this meal get a 3 bullet rating…Had I stuck with the one taco, it would have been better, but on this journey you continue to live & learn as you eat & drink.
