Summary

Galloping down the 405 to try this Michelin Star Chinese restaurant. Starting with the Seaweed & Bean Curd Salad in a Vinegar Dressing along with the Soy Noodle Salad, they were both very good.The shrimp fried rice was very good, and then for the Pork XiaoLongBao was very good. My favorite & spices was the Shrimp & Pork Wontons with Spicy Sauce. cough cough!The steamed dumplings-Shrimp & Pork Shao Mai were a work of art & the Honey Green Tea was flavorful. Lastly…The Hot & Sour Soup was excellent…All in all a pretty amazing meal…One of the LD’s most recent favorites on this gastronomic journey. 4 Bullets were raised to the sky…This is one to come back to.
