Summary
Chef Michael Mina’s new brasserie at Aria in Las Vegas is worth the journey through the casino & escalator…) The Steak Frites were good. The deserts were excellent… The Chocolate Macaron which was the french chocolate cookie with dark chocolate mouse was very good. The Creme Carmel was mouth watering.. the vanilla custard & carmel glaze was tasty! The LD gives it 3 Silver Bullets on this ride through Vegas.
