Vodka Martini@ The RitzCarlton NYC, made by Norman the bartender( he choses the LoneDiner’s vodka) who has been there over 30 years. He’s the best! Never measures it, and always pours the shaker into the glass and it ends up like an infinity pool. Classic…Always worth the journey with conversation, jokes, and people watching.
Brazilian Cachaca,fresh lime and Liquid Nitrogen…served table side …Tasty and always a great show/entertaining adventure for The Lone Diner.
Awesome app…Octopus that’s grazed & grilled with cipollini onions, shaved fennel, basil, red peppers, and a medley of vegetables with a savory sauce which had a great tune.
