I had a Very good meal at the new Vanderbilt Hotel. The service was excellent.The Guanica Soup with shellfish, chilled tomatoes, fingerling potatoes, croutons, and pesto cetarese was very good. The salmon was good. The Valrhona Warm Chocolate Cake with truffle salted Carmel, Hazelnut & Peanut butter ice cream with a Guanaja Chocolate Soup was Amazing…!
