Summary
Marc Vetri, a James Beard Award Winner for his fine dining Italian restaurant Vetri, has opened a couple of pizzeria’s in Philadelphia. The Rotola has been named Philadelphia’s Best Morsel & was very good consisting of pizza dough, Mortadella, Ricotta, & Pistachio Pesto. The desert was amazing…The Nutella pizza with marshmallows is still caught under my finger nails for when I’m hungry several days later..Sticky good…not a fan of nutella, but this was tasty! The LD on this Philadelphia jaunt will give them 4 Silver Bullets.
