Jeffrey S. Fill offers 25 years in the Real Estate industry and has been involved in over 500 transactions that have included residential, commercial, retail, restaurant, and entertainment deals. Jeffrey spent 14+ years at The Taubman Company (Mall Owner/Developer), where he was tasked with elevating and expanding their F&B and entertainment offerings. His abilities to find new culinary concepts, as well as chef driven, and evolving chain concepts, led to reaching the goals of the $500 million redevelopment of Beverly Center in Los Angeles, and the opening of their latest mall in Waikiki, International Market Place, as well as upgrades to their other centers in the portfolio.
Jeffrey is known for his hands-on approach on all facets of deal making, working with his tenants and clients every step of the way from lease negotiation, to coordinating with the various construction teams, so that they have a successful opening, whether it’s a national or a local to market tenant. Jeffrey takes pride his working relationships, and has built an excellent national reputation in the shopping center leasing industry, and is known for doing whatever it takes to get his deals done, with all parties working towards a win-win relationship.
Jeffrey grew up working in retail, rising from the sales floor to Vice President of Merchandising for Kosins Clothes where he oversaw their buying & advertising, and through his efforts/planning increased their sales over 300% to become one of the top sales per square foot Men’s stores in the country. He has an entrepreneurial spirit, which has served him well, as he entered the real estate field, which included living in Los Angeles for several years, besides living in the Detroit area most of his life.
Jeffrey graduated the University of Michigan, and holds a Brokers License in Real Estate from the State of Michigan, as well as a Real Estate Salesperson’s license for California. His hobbies include travel, wine, food blogging, and Instagramming food (Lonedinerusa).
